Nine levels, from trade team to master builder
Each rating belongs to a type of project, an experience guideline and a level of checks, contract and warranty.

The years of experience are a guideline; years alone do not earn stars. What is assessed are the people who actually lead and carry out the project, their role in earlier projects and the quality of the result. So a new company can be led by very experienced professionals, and an old company does not get a high rating if the current team cannot demonstrate that experience.

Complaints are investigated and the contractor is given the opportunity to respond. Technical facts and contractual responsibilities are assessed separately. In every project it is clear whether we act as adviser, designer, structural engineer, construction supervisor, assessor or mediator.
